Review: DO NOT BUY THIS DRESS. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The dress was barely touched. As soon as I saw the poor quality and extremely cheap material, I decided to return it. I never wore or damaged it. SHEIN rejected my return claiming there was a “stain and odor,” yet the photo they provided shows absolutely no visible stain or damage. It honestly feels like they are simply trying to get rid of this dress instead of taking responsibility for its poor quality. Customer service was extremely frustrating, with repeated 24-hour waiting periods and no real solution. Now they are sending the dress back and expecting me to pay for an item I don’t want. Extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I would NOT recommend this dress or this experience.
